Steve Freeman is a Hearing Instrument Specialist with a degree in Hearing Instrument Sciences. Steve is originally from Puyallup, Washington and moved to Bozeman, Montana in 2012. Steve attended Spokane Falls Community College and began his career working at Rocky Mountain Hearing Aid in 2009. What Steve loves most about saving hearing lives is helping improve patients’ hearing and quality of life. Steve strives to help patients hear as well as they can in his everyday work with patients. Outside of saving hearing lives, Steve loves hobbies such as fly fishing, camping and hunting.
Sonja Tafelmeyer is a Patient Services Coordinator. Sonja is originally from Butte, Montana and moved to Billings, Montana in 2004. Sonja started working at Rocky Mountain Hearing Aid in 2019 this is also when she began working in the hearing industry and was drawn to the profession because she likes helping people and was interested in learning something new. What Sonja loves most about saving hearing lives is when a patient tells us that they heard a sound they have been missing for some time such as the sound of birds singing. In her everyday work with patients Sonja strives to make every patient that comes in feel welcomed. Outside of saving hearing lives, Sonja loves taking walks in the park with the family dog.
