Great place and great people
They are trying to help my grandma get hearing aids since she can afford them. Very professional. They listen to you and what your needs are. Friendly staff
Rocky Mountain Hearing Aids in Billings, MT provided excellent care and support for my hearing aid needs. The hearing practitioner Steve Freeman was professional, extremely informative and very accommodating with my schedule. The hearing aids (Audibel) are fantastic. I would recommend Rocky Mountain Hearing Aid to anyone with hearing loss.
My husband, Jerry, has received help for several years from the Missoula location. Heather is great, very helpful and a great listener! I love talking to Trish in Kalispell. She has been great regarding insurance questions & warranty help .Most importantly, we trust them ! Jeanne & Jerry Tischler

Rocky Mountain Hearing staff are friendly and courteous from calling with reminder appointments to our actual appointment. Heather is friendly, patient and understanding in helping my husband with his hearing aids. I recommend Rocky Mountain Hearing for those who need Hearing aids.
My recent visit to Rocky Mountain Hearing was a pleasure. They scheduled me in at a time I requested with short notice. When I arrived they took me straight in to do a hearing test and check my aids. My wife attended too because I was having difficulty hearing her. Everything went well and I hear more clearly now. Thanks to everyone at Rocky Mountain Hearing for taking good care of me .
“Our daughter would come into the room and ask why I had the TV so loud. It’s nice to be able to be in the room with others and not have them going crazy with the loud volume. It’s a good feeling to now have the sound come right into my hearing aids.”
“Being able to hear conversations the first time again, really understand them, was fabulous for me. Instead of asking my family to repeat themselves and try to visualize their lips as they talk, I had the opportunity to find that I just can close my eyes, listen, I would hear it and understand them.”
